Sell Your Home
My philosophy is to make selling as easy possible by providing non-biased advice and information. In fact, rather than seeing me as your agent, you should view me as more of a friend and advisor. I'll learn what's important to you, and then help you make comfortable and logical choices.
How to Make the TransitionMoving is stressful, no matter how long you've lived there. More so, moving involves decisions about jobs, schools, and a host of other factors. How, you may ask, can I get a grip on all these important decisions? Look to me as your guide. I'll do the research and provide you with the options so you can focus on the move. With my vast resources, I can handle details like having boxes packed, preparing the home for selling, and making storage and/or moving arrangements. It's all part of my service. Prepare Your Home For Showing
I won't let you "guess" as to what should be done. I have experience in knowing what people look for, what makes them want to take a further look and what turns them away. I'll make suggestions that add more perceived value, which will ultimately help sell your home quicker at the highest price possible. Perhaps your home is already empty? If so, I'll help you "stage" it so potential buyers get a feel for its decorating and lifestyle options. The idea, like a designer showroom, is to display the possibilities. Don't leave it to people to use their imaginations. Of course, any advise I offer is only advise. Suggestions have to make financial sense. I'll be with you to sell your home, no matter what you ultimately decide. Make Sure You Have a Solid ContractWithout a solid contract, you may be liable for structural damages, even years after the sale. And part of having an iron clad contract is having the right inspections performed before you sell. Buyers will have certain inspections done for their security, but you need to do the same. No one wants to be sued. I have an extensive background in design and construction, which allows me to see where potential problems may exist. The old saying is true: it really is better to be safe than sorry.
